The smaller bucket has a fitted net strainer and holes drilled in the bottom allowing the honey to flow through, separating from the comb. The larger bucket is fitted with an easy open honey gate from Italy, allowing honey to flow easily into your jars below!

Bucket strainer took the mess out of honey extraction

Before I bought the bucket strainer I was crushing comb in my kitchen and making a huge mess. With the bucket strainer I was able to extract honey in my backyard and it was a lot less messy. I was able to harvest more honey because I wasn't constantly getting it all over my hands and arms. The honey came out great, with no little pieces of comb to skim off the top.
